1. News about free software in Windows to produce files in PDF / A

In my previous post 1 March 2010 I discussed at length the characteristics and the production of PDF files / A wide variety of purposes, but in particular to attach to chamber practice.

2. Download PDF Creator Version 0.9.9

This software can be downloaded legally and free at
http://www.pdfforge.org

For fans of computer science installing Ghostscript may be used directly in the latest version by downloading it from:
http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/ ~ ghost /

But this is a more challenging installation mode from the technical point of view, I would like to advise the user policy.

3. Uninstalling previous versions

If you have a previous version of PDF Creator old I recommend you do before installing the new version, the uninstall control panel from the previous version.
To enter Installation applications :

• Click Start (or start) at the bottom right
• Click Settings

After this step click the Save button at the bottom right corner.

Step 4 On the next screen and establish a folder for the file , the name for the file format and, in cases such as PDF, but it could also be PDF/A- 1b , PDF / X and so on.

6. Advanced security and protection of PDF Creator

Another important function of this software is the possibility of applying different levels of security to the PDF file produced.
To apply the various possible protection to the PDF file proceed as follows
